National Urban Fellows is a leadership accelerator and talent pipeline for diverse mid career professionals committed to racial equity, public service and social impact. The National Urban Fellows’ Academic and Leadership Program selects Fellows annually for a rigorous, 14-month, full-time graduate program. The program is comprised of four semesters of academic coursework, a nine-month mentorship, and ongoing leadership training and coaching. Upon successful program completion, Fellows earn a Master of Policy Management degree from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University.

National Urban Fellows is a leadership accelerator for diverse early to mid career professionals committed to public service, social justice and equity. We partner with Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy to provide fully funded Master in Policy Management degrees. We also partner with host organizations in the government, nonprofit, philanthropic and corporate sectors who provide senior executives to mentor Fellows during their nine month residency. We seek mentors who are committed to investing in the development of the next generation of diverse social impact leaders.
