National Urban Fellows is a leadership accelerator and talent pipeline for diverse mid career professionals committed to racial equity, public service and social impact. The National Urban Fellows’ Academic and Leadership Program selects Fellows annually for a rigorous, 14-month, full-time graduate program. The program is comprised of four semesters of academic coursework, a nine-month mentorship, and ongoing leadership training and coaching. Upon successful program completion, Fellows earn a Master of Policy Management degree from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University.

National Urban Fellows is a talent network for mid career professionals committed to public service, social justice and equity. We offer several leadership accelerators for leaders in various stages of their careers.
For this Pivot Residency Pilot, we will partner with host organizations in the government, nonprofit, philanthropic and corporate sectors seeking outstanding talent for a 12 month residency.
We seek host organizations who are committed to creating a society where everyone can thrive and have a passion for creating investing in talent and creating an inclusive organizational culture. Residents share this vision for a more equitable society and have graduate degrees and between 7 and 20+ years of experience.
